Who is shri murugan
The Residency. The Sri Murugan Residency is very good considering the cost. It is located near to airport and in between good restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and maintained neatly. Even the front desk people are courteous and helpful. The quality of mattress was poor but was OK. Overall it is a good place to stay for short trips with family. Rooms are very clean and well maintained, situated on the Highway very convenient especially to exhibition centre called CODISSIA and also to proceed to city, good eateries around for good food and even for some drink, though the Sri Murugan Residency has no restaurant of its own, there is one the next door.
We used to stay in this Sri Murugan Residency since last 5 years. I am a post transplant patient and I have to visit the doctor every months. Kovai medical center and hospitals is just opposite this Sri Murugan Residency. I enjoy every visit. Reception and other staffs are good and cooperative.
A great hotel with affordable rates and very helpful customer service. Firstly, the location is superb Very near to Coimbatore International Airport and just opposite. So there is no trouble reaching there.. Our room was really good. Bed and sofa were very comforting. Washrooms were clean and the best part was the be. Overall fine stay but only thing is bathroom is very conjugated other wise rooms and all very clean and neat and also working persons are very harmful, and it was located at near by airport, hospital, colleges so we can go anywhere with short time.
Over the Sri Murugan Residency is nice. If they provide breakfast too, it would be much more beneficiary. I would recommend the Sri Murugan Residency. On the main Road, it is in the prime location and good restaurants near by too. Friendly staff, good facilities, neatness, very quick response calm environment. Easy accessible to restaurants cab facilities.
Overall, very nice would rate 6 out of 5 and recommend and would visit if have any chance in future. Except hot water, everything is fine. We didn't face any problems. We had food from Anandhaas, which is in attached building. So the stay was fine more over Airport is one kilometer is away and easy available of conveyance. Very good staff in reception and strict timelines for check-out. It is a very good experience for me. Each deity has a time when it is especially revered, for Puja ritual worship , and the devoted pray to the different deities to assist them with their changing needs. They bring gifts, such as fruit and flowers, which are blessed by the deities and returned by the priests, who gave us fruit and flowers as we left.
The building follows a symbolic design drawn by Indian architect Sri Muthiah Sthapathi and chief priest, Sri Naganathsivam Kurukkal in accordance with Hindu Temple principles. British architect Terry Freeman worked on the construction with a team of Indian experts to build this traditional Indian building according to British planning law.
Murugan became the supreme general and led the army of the devas to victory against the demons. In Bhagavad Gita Ch. The lance called Vel in Tamil is a weapon given to him by his mother Parvathi embodying her energy and power. In the war, using the Vel, deman Surapadman was split into two, and each half was granted a boon by Murugan. The halves, thus turned into the peacock his mount and the rooster the flag of his army.
